Deze website verzamelt zo weinig mogelijk gegevens. Hier lees je welke gegevens we verwerken, waarom, hoe lang we ze bewaren en welke rechten je hebt.

Welke gegevens verwerken we?

Als je contact met ons opneemt

Via het formulier, e-mail, telefoon of Instagram ontvangen we je naam, je e-mailadres en wat je zelf meestuurt, zoals je bedrijfsnaam, je telefoonnummer en je bericht. Bedrijfsnaam en telefoonnummer zijn optioneel.

Het formulier op deze website verstuurt zelf niets. Het opent je eigen e-mailprogramma met een ingevuld bericht, dat jij daarna zelf verstuurt. Er wordt niets opgeslagen op de website.

Als je de website bezoekt

Zoals bij elke website registreert onze hostingprovider technische gegevens, zoals je IP-adres, je browser, de opgevraagde pagina en het tijdstip. Dat is nodig om de website te tonen en te beveiligen.

Je taalvoorkeur

Als je kiest tussen NL en EN, onthoudt je eigen browser die keuze. Die keuze wordt niet naar ons verstuurd.

Websitestatistieken (alleen met je toestemming)

Als je in de cookiemelding op Accepteren klikt, gebruiken we Google Analytics 4 om te zien hoeveel mensen de website bezoeken en welke pagina's ze bekijken. Google Analytics verzamelt dan onder meer welke pagina's je bekijkt, hoe lang, via welke website je binnenkwam, je type toestel en browser, en je land en stad bij benadering. Google Analytics 4 slaat volgens Google geen IP-adressen op. We hebben Google Signals en het gebruik voor advertenties uitgeschakeld. Klik je op Weigeren, dan wordt Google Analytics niet geladen.

Wat we niet doen

We plaatsen geen cookies zonder je toestemming, behalve wat strikt nodig is om je keuzes te onthouden.
We gebruiken geen advertentienetwerken en geen trackingpixels.
We laden geen lettertypes of video's van andere bedrijven. Alleen Google Analytics komt van buiten, en alleen als je toestemming geeft.
We verkopen je gegevens nooit en gebruiken ze niet voor reclame.

Waarom en op welke basis?

Je aanvraag beantwoorden en een offerte of samenwerking voorbereiden. Dat doen we op jouw verzoek, voordat er een overeenkomst is (artikel 6.1.b AVG).
De website laten werken en beveiligen. Dat is ons gerechtvaardigd belang (artikel 6.1.f AVG).
Websitestatistieken met Google Analytics, alleen op basis van je toestemming (artikel 6.1.a AVG). Je kunt je toestemming altijd intrekken via Cookie-instellingen onderaan elke pagina.
Wettelijke verplichtingen, zoals onze boekhouding als je klant wordt (artikel 6.1.c AVG).

Hoe lang bewaren we je gegevens?

Contactberichten bewaren we zolang dat nodig is om je aanvraag af te handelen. Komt er geen samenwerking, dan verwijderen we ze uiterlijk één jaar na ons laatste contact.
Klantgegevens bewaren we zolang de wet dat verplicht, bijvoorbeeld voor de boekhouding.
Technische gegevens van de hostingprovider worden na korte tijd automatisch verwijderd.
Statistieken in Google Analytics worden na 2 maanden automatisch verwijderd. De cookies van Google Analytics blijven maximaal 2 jaar op je toestel, tenzij je je toestemming intrekt of ze wist.

Met wie delen we je gegevens?

Alleen met dienstverleners die we nodig hebben om te werken:

onze e-maildienst (Gmail, van Google), die je berichten voor ons bewaart;
onze hostingprovider, die de website online houdt;
Google Ireland Limited, voor Google Analytics, alleen als je daar toestemming voor gaf.

Sommige van deze dienstverleners kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Unie verwerken. Dat gebeurt alleen met de waarborgen die de AVG voorschrijft, zoals de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie. Neem je contact op via Instagram, dan gelden daarnaast de voorwaarden van Meta.

Je rechten

Je hebt het recht om je gegevens in te zien, te laten verbeteren of verwijderen, de verwerking te laten beperken, bezwaar te maken en je gegevens over te laten dragen. Stuur daarvoor een e-mail naar movemotionbelgium@gmail.com. We antwoorden binnen een maand.

Ben je niet tevreden over hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

What data do we process?

When you contact us

Through the form, email, phone or Instagram we receive your name, your email address and anything you choose to send, such as your company name, phone number and message. Company name and phone number are optional.

The form on this website does not send anything itself. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, which you then send yourself. Nothing is stored on the website.

When you visit the website

Like every website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. This is needed to show the website and keep it secure.

Your language preference

When you choose between NL and EN, your own browser remembers that choice. It is not sent to us.

Website statistics (only with your consent)

If you click Accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the website and which pages they view. Google Analytics then collects, among other things, which pages you view and for how long, which website you came from, your type of device and browser, and your approximate country and city. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We have switched off Google Signals and advertising use. If you click Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

What we don't do

We don't set cookies without your consent, except what is strictly needed to remember your choices.
We don't use advertising networks or tracking pixels.
We don't load fonts or videos from other companies. Only Google Analytics comes from outside, and only with your consent.
We never sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Why, and on what basis?

Answering your request and preparing a quote or collaboration, at your request, before there is an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Running and securing the website, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website statistics with Google Analytics, only based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Legal obligations, such as our bookkeeping if you become a client (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long do we keep your data?

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request. If no collaboration follows, we delete them no later than one year after our last contact.
Client data is kept as long as the law requires, for example for bookkeeping.
Technical data held by the hosting provider is deleted automatically after a short time.
Statistics in Google Analytics are deleted automatically after 2 months. The Google Analytics cookies stay on your device for up to 2 years, unless you withdraw your consent or delete them.

Who do we share your data with?

Only with service providers we need in order to work:

our email service (Gmail, by Google), which stores your messages for us;
our hosting provider, which keeps the website online;
Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics, only if you gave consent.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. This only happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If you contact us through Instagram, Meta's terms also apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. Email us at movemotionbelgium@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Changes

If we change this privacy policy, we update the date at the top. We announce important changes clearly on the website.
